Involvement: I was first sent to Hong Kong in 2007 to work on the Tender Package (DD/CD) drawing set. I was then again sent to Hong Kong in 2008 and remained on site for two years during construction to oversee the building process. My responsibilities included coordination of all subcontractors during the detailed design and shop drawing preparation process, review of shop drawings and submissions from the contractor and subcontractors, quality control checking of the as-built conditions and design of the remaining interior spaces that required further development.
